Letter of employment from the employer in Bangladesh and letter of concurrence from the concerned Ministry of Bangladesh Government/ Board of Investment (BOI)/Bangladesh Export Processing Zone Authority (BEPZA)/ Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA).

a) If you want to apply for E Visa, you are requested to collect an Appointment/Agreement/Contact letter with trade license and TIN copy from the company in Bangladesh.

b) You are requested to bring one copy of BIDA letter.

Letter from the company in Bangladesh & Malaysia/other:

R You are requested to collect a letter from the company in Bangladesh for E Visa. Letter should be addressed to Visa Section, Bangladesh High Commission, No. 5 (Lot 9 & 10), Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra, WP, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

R  If you work for any company in Malaysia, then please bring a letter from your company mentioning that you will work for the company in Bangladesh under Employment visa.
